We will not be liable or responsible for the condition of any bikes loaned or donated. We will not be liable or responsible for any bike losses or the condition of any bikes returned to their owners. Bikes for Refugees (Scotland) SCIO cannot accept responsibility or liability for any action you take upon the information and service on this website and the use of the COVID-19 essential workers bike loan service is strictly at your own risk. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect and consequential losses, damages or accidents in connection with the use of our website and the COVID-19 essential workers bike loan service.
